Good condition. The very top of the cap has significant discoloration such that it is brown. Hard rubber on the cap and barrel have light discoloration throughout. There is a ring around the barrel where there is no discoloration, likely due to a price sticker that was previously attached to the barrel. Barrel is imprinted Empire. Chasing of the hard rubber on the cap and barrel are mostly worn smooth. Throughly cleaned and restored.
