Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returns for new and mint condition (never inked) pens that have been inked will receive a 75% refund. Returns for pre-owned pens, even if inked, will receive a full refund given that the pen is returned in the condition received.
Exchanges
Due to the fact that each pen is unique, we cannot offer exchanges for pens.
